The sales team is the engine that drives Fast Capital 360 forward. Business advisors speak with our customers, educating them and working with them to fund their businesses. The sales team is filled with veterans of the industry, all supporting and encouraging one another to work in their peak state.

Job Title: World Class Inside Sales- Business Advisors (Southampton)

As a Business Advisor, you will:

  • Generate business through consulting with small business owners through high phone and email activity.
  • Manage your pipeline while increasing production volume over time.
  • Follow up with customers, respond to customer requests, introduce product offerings, solve/refer problems and issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and learning
  • Communicate underwriting decisions to customers
  • Collect and analyze documents from customers
  • Prepare customer documents and scenarios for funding approval

  • Calm, cool and collected under pressure
  • “Can do” attitude; acts without being told what to do.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years sales experience through high volume phone and email communications
  • Self-motivated, driven to work hard in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to effectively communicate both written and verbally
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Experience in small business lending a plus
